We roast in 70 pound batches using a Sivetz hot-air (fluid bed) roaster. Air roasting brings a clean full coffee flavor to the cup, highlighting the unique qualities of our beans without masking them in smoke. Roasting the highest quality coffee honors our producer partners' hard work and has won us the designation of “Madison's Favorite” coffee roaster and garnered us high marks in the industry's top publications.
