It was a wonderful chilly day for a coffee tasting. Scott covered the how's and why's of coffee tasting. We also discussed growing, picking, processing and talked about the relationship of slow foods movement and global trade. We tried 3 coffee's Maya Super Dark, Ethiopian Sidamo, and Dark roasted PERU.
