Organic and shade grown, from the Oromia Grower Cooperative in Yirgacheffe Ethiopia.

Tasting Notes: This Yirgacheffe shines. The aroma & flavor profile of this coffee are simultaneously overwhelming & delicate. The current Yirgacheffe is extraordinarily clean & bright, with aromas of strawberry, violet, & jasmine. Strawberry returns in the flavor profile. For a light roast, the body is syrupy, with warm spices & brown sugar on the finish. The beans are almost peaberry-like in appearance.

This is one of my all time favorite coffees. It's light and perky. Perfect for early in the day.

Way Too Fruity

I'm a huge fan of the Ethiopian Sidamo, so I figured I'd try this one out. Unfortunately, this one is way way too fruity and really tastes odd, almost like you mixed the coffee with some sort of fruit drink. Where I work there are three of us that have tried this and all of us have strongly disliked it. Beware if you're expecting a Sidamo-like taste.

We ship both UPS and USPS to all 50 states. We DO NOT ship internationally. Orders received by noon Monday through Thursday for UPS shipping will be shipped same day, and come with a confirmation email/tracking number. All PO Box orders are shipped USPS as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders received by noon Monday through Thursday for USPS shipping are shipped the next day.
