When Just Coffee announced their Nicaraguan Delegation with La FEM it felt like a deep soul itch could finally be scratched.  I had wanted to go to a place of coffee origin for many years.  And what a trip, indeed!  I thought we would see some things and meet some people and learn a little about coffee.  Well, I was wrong!  We saw SO many things, met SO many beautiful people, and learned SO much about coffee.

It was incredible learning all we did in such a short amount of time, but it will be the people that will stick with me the most.  Just Coffee has some amazing people working so hard to make these beautiful abroad relationships.  La FEM, for example, made it known to us that they intended to not only make an excellent cup, but overturn some injustices in their machismo culture.  It is way more than just coffee!
