Fondo Paez Colombian

A fair trade, shade grown, chemical free coffee from the Fondo Paez Cooperative in Cauca, Colombia.

Tasting Notes: Whiskey-sweet & syrupy body with notes of cranberry, bittersweet chocolate, & clove, plus aromas of spring flowers. A little uncharacteristic of coffees from this region, but one of the best examples of Fondo Paez' coffee I've ever tasted.
